RETURN & REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

🔴 THERE ARE NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS, AND NO EXCHANGES — FOR ANY REASON.
By effecting a purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that no voluntary return, reimbursement, substitution, or revocation shall be entertained. No 30‑day policy, no withdrawal period, and no right of change of mind return is proffered by us.

STATUTORY EXCEPTION — DEFECTIVE OR NON‑CONFORMING GOODS ONLY

The foregoing does not apply to goods that are demonstrably defective or non‑conforming at the time of delivery — as mandated imperatively by Belgian and European law. Upon receipt, you must inspect your order and contact us immediately at youmaydisobey@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We shall evaluate the claim and, at our sole election, effect repair or replacement. No pecuniary refund shall be issued unless repair or replacement is objectively impossible or disproportionately burdensome, as determined exclusively by us.

NON‑RETURNABLE ITEMS

In addition to the general rule above, the following categories are ineligible for return under any circumstance:
  • Custom, personalised, or made‑to‑order merchandise
  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items
  • Gift cards and credit vouchers
  • Worn, used, altered, laundered, or improperly cared‑for goods

EUROPEAN UNION COOLING‑OFF PERIOD

The standard 14‑day cooling‑off period for distance sales is acknowledged but strictly confined to statutory minima. You may exercise your right of withdrawal only for goods that remain unopened, unused, with tags affixed, and in original packaging, and only if you provide valid proof of purchase. This right does NOT entitle you to a refund — only to return the goods for exchange or store credit, at our sole election.

PROCESS — IF CLAIM IS ACCEPTED

In the exceptional event a claim is validated:
  • You shall be notified upon receipt and inspection of the item.
  • Remedy shall be replacement or store credit — at our election.
  • No refund to original payment method shall be issued.
  • Return shipping costs shall be borne by you unless the defect is confirmed by us to be our error.
  • Unauthorised returns — sent without prior written approval — shall not be accepted.
